Diagnostics is one of the most exciting advances in burglar alarms and security systems design for many years - by using your burglar alarm system's digital communicator or similar data transmission device, RJB Security Systems can carry out full diagnostic checks on your burglar alarm system without leaving our office premises.
By utilizing our secure software package we can dial into your burglar alarm or security system and check out all of the alarm circuits, examine the state of the system - for example checking for any problems lurking in the background. We can also read the 700 or more events on the log memory and report back to you on any irregularities. The software in the panel allows optional off-site programming updates so we can make any necessary changes to your security system ( e.g. reduce or increase the entry time ) - all this without having to pay for an engineer to attend!
